Are Sylafash products true to size?

Are your products unisex?
Yes. Most Sylafash apparel is designed as unisex and suitable for everyday wear.
Are products made in advance?
No. All products are made-to-order. Each item is produced only after an order is placed to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, Sylafash does not offer custom or personalized designs. All designs are curated and released as part of our collections.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are securely processed via PayPal. You may pay using PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card. A PayPal account is not required.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in USD (United States Dollar). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Why did my payment fail?

Shipping & Fulfillment
Where are orders produced?
Sylafash uses a global print-on-demand system. Orders are produced by local fulfillment partners closest to the customer's delivery address.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your country and local courier service. Estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Who handles shipping?
Shipping is handled by our production partners. All packages are shipped under the Sylafash brand name.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Because items are made to order, returns are only accepted for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged items upon arrival
Return Conditions
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Photo evidence is required
- Item must be unused
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via PayPal within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sylafash or our fulfillment partner.
